MPJSBWMV:RFP complements TMVΔMPΔCP-GFP for movement. Infectious RNA was synthesized from TMVΔMPΔCP-GFP and rub inoculated into N. benthamiana leaves expressing free RFP (A) or MPJSBWMV:RFP (B) for three days. (C) To control that TMVΔMPΔCP-GFP movement can be complemented by a functional MP, TMVΔMPΔCP-GFP was inoculated onto N. tabacum cv.
