H1299 cells were transfected with myc-tagged NS1, flag-tagged zinc-finger proteins or co-transfected with both plasmids. Cells transfected with myc and flag vectors served as the negative control. At 24 h post-transfection, the cells were stained with mouse anti-myc or rabbit anti-flag antibodies, followed by AF568 anti-mouse IgG (H + L) or AF488 anti-rabbit IgG (H + L) secondary antibodies. DAPI was used for nuclei staining. Magnification = 20X. Scale bar = 50 μm. White arrows indicate co-localization signals of NS1 and zinc-finger proteins
