From: The immunogenicity of PRV ΔgE/TK/UL49.5 three-gene-deleted vaccine in mice
The effect of PRV UL49.5 on SLA-I mRNA level in PK-15 cells. PK-15 cells were infected with PRV ΔgE/TK/UL49.5, PRV ΔgE/TK and PRV QYY2012 strain respectively, and pUL49.5 plasmid was overexpressed in PK-15 cells. The cells were collected at 6, 12, 18, and 24 h after infection or transfection. RNA was extracted and detected by RT-qPCR with the primer SLA-I qF/R.
