Phylogenetic tree of infectious bronchitis viruses based on the partial nucleotide sequences (445 bp) of the spike glycoprotein S1 subunit gene. The phylogenetic tree was constructed using 43 IBV nucleotide sequences, which included five Ethiopian field isolates from the current investigation (PQ389500-04, labelled with a circle) and homologous sequences retrieved from GenBank. MEGA11 software was used to compute the neighbor-joining method with the maximum composite likelihood nucleotide substitution model and the pairwise deletion option. The percentage bootstrap scores out of 1000 replicates are displayed next to each branch
