Bevirimat analogs are active against HIV-1 subtype B NL4-3 virus. a CA-SP1 accumulation assay. HEK293T cells were transfected with HIV-1 subtype B clone NL4-3 treated with 100 nM Bevirimat analogs or with DMSO only. The virion-associated CA and CA-SP1 were detected by western blotting.
